Md. Lokman Hossain Talukdar has completed BBS and MBS degrees from National University.

He has worked at different reputed organizations such as Project In-Charge, Senior Executive (Accounts & Finance), Assistant Manager at Mass Advancement Network in Dhaka; Accounts Officer (BIIT), Marketing Executive (Pran RFL of Pinnacle Foods SDN), Secretary General & Founder (Shaikchail Model Academy), etc.,.

Mr. Lokman now serves SAWAB as Head of Programs since 2021.
