How SAWAB Foundation Will Respond to Your Feedback or Complaint

SAWAB Foundation is committed to consistently improving its services and welcomes complaints. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service and wish to make a complaint, please first contact the relevant staff member responsible for the service. Many issues can be resolved through discussion, and we will make every effort to address the matter promptly.

Steps for Filing a Formal Complaint:

  1. Initial Discussion: Speak with the responsible staff member or their local manager to attempt to resolve the issue.
  2. Formal Complaint: If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, you can submit a formal written complaint. This complaint must be signed, and assistance from a third party is available for non-literate individuals. A Complaint Form can be requested for this purpose.

Complaint Form Submission:

The form is intended for use by SAWAB Foundation’s donors, partners, funders, and beneficiaries to facilitate feedback on services. Completed forms can be returned via email to info@sawabfoundation.org.bd or sawabfd@gmail.com.

Timing of Response

  • Acknowledgement: SAWAB Foundation will acknowledge receipt of written complaints within one week.
  • Full Response: A comprehensive response will be provided within one month from the date of receipt, detailing the investigation and actions taken. If special circumstances delay this timeline, we will inform you accordingly.
  • Appeal: If you believe the resolution was not satisfactory, you can appeal to the Chairman, who will review the case and provide a written response within 30 working days of receiving the appeal.
